Important Notice: Workshop Featuring New Inspection Standards

After several years of delay, an October 1^st implementation date was confirmed last week for the National Standard for Physical Inspections in Real Estate for the Voucher Program, also known as

NSPIRE-V

McCright and Associates Director Kenardo Curry, CPI will offer two training sessions on the new inspection protocols on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at the Booker T Washington Community Center, 611 Central Avenue, Chester, PA 19013.  Mr. Curry will be traveling from McCright headquarters in Chattanooga to deliver this program and we encourage your participation.

Curbside parking available on Central Avenue and overflow parking at Shiloh Baptist Church.
