The Chester Housing Authority (CHA) will be accepting online applications to its site-based waiting lists for the Chatham Senior Village and Wellington Senior and Family Developments from November 15, 2024, to November 30, 2024. On November 15th, the link for the online application will be activated on CHA’s website.
